A fireproof cabinet passes through several factories before finally ending up at your office.

Sheet metal stamping and bending takes place in Gävle at Excellent Stansteknik AB, where modern computer-guided machinery performs the features with the utmost precision.

Welding and the assembly of cabinet bodies and doors takes place at our own facility in Bollnäs. The cabinet bodies and doors are then rolled over to Kesam AB, which is located next door to our own factory. Here, all the parts are cleaned and powder-coated using a modern method without the use of solvents.

After coating, the cabinets are rolled back to our factory, where they are laid down on casting carriages and filled with our special concrete. After casting, the cabinets are raised and finally assembled with the correct locks and fittings according to your specifications. All the cabinets are inspected prior to leaving the factory.
